Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 4 business days to receive tracking information for your order.
Standard shipping is $12.95. Orders over $100 are shipped FREE to Canada and the United States. For all other destinations, shipping costs are $40 and $25 for orders over $250. We are not responsible for additional customs duties, taxes and fees.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped via ground transportation. Standard delivery time is 2-10 business days. Shipping delays can occur due to check-out information discrepancies, weather conditions, and/or high volume of packages
during peak seasons.
Velvet Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping provider in such cases.
