Refund Policy

Velvet Rose offers free returns on merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or altered, and has all original tags attached, within 30 days of placing your order.

If you wish to return any items in your order, please CLICK HERE with your order number and zip code to receive a pre-paid return label.  

Returns are processed within 2 business days of their reception in our warehouse. All refunds are issued via the original payment method and will be confirmed via email notification. All refunds are subject to processing times determined by the bank or payment institution by which payment was issued.

Velvet Rose is not responsible for the cost of any returns sent through other means than the provided pre-paid return label.

We offer FREE returns to United States and Canadian customers. 

If you are shopping from outside these countries, you will be responsible for the cost of your return.

The return package must be marked as a return for identification and must be trackable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

We recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the item of your choice.
