Our Policy
Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 4 business days to receive tracking information for your order.
Standard shipping fee is $12. Orders over $100 are shipped FREE to Canada and The United States. Shipping to anywhere else will be charged a $25 flat rate. We are not responsible for additional duty charges, taxes and customs charges.
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped via ground transportation. Standard delivery time is 2-10 business days. Shipping delays can occur due to check-out information discrepancies, weather conditions, and/or high volume of packages
during peak seasons.
Velvet Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping provider in such cases.
